Mod80s Disco launched as a monthly 80s night in Oakland in January 2020, and record label in April 2020 as a way to continue promoting 80s alternative music and subculture during the COVID-19 pandemic. We created Mod80s for the love of music, and the desire to connect with like minded conscious, alternative, 80s fanatics right here in our hometown.

We envision a safe and thriving 80s alternative cultural scene that welcomes all of Oakland's diversity, and features local artists of color. We currently feature DJ collaborative duo West End Boyz Edits (WEBE). Check out vinyl track samples, uploaded on our YouTube channel.
